Ronnie Nichols is one of the most knowledgeable, honest, kind and intelligent trainers I have had the pleasure of working with. His individualized workouts keep me energized, safe, pain free and productive at work and at play! Despite making each workout enjoyable, he gets amazing results! I have dropped two dress sizes since my first session with him a year ago and feel better than I have in years! Thank you Ronnie for adding quality years to my life!

I have training as a massage therapist and tend to be picky about who works on me. And I can honestly say for therapeutic treatment of injuries, Ronnie is one of the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and kind. His work in my case was able to get to the core of my injury and really hasten the healing process. I highly recommend him for any massage work you may need.

I have been training with Ronnie at Posture Fit for a few years and have never made the strength gains like I am with him. the bonus is that if I get hurt Ronnie is there to Massage the pain away. he is the ONLY massage therapist I have gone to that is able to get deep enough. this guy knows his stuff
