Outstanding service. Monica and her service team have an excellent selection of parts and are extremely knowledgeable. Their expertise is not limited to mowers; they have been able to assist me with parts for my chainsaw and other lawn care equipment. Highly recommended.

I bought a Dewalt pressure washer (expensive). The first day I ran it the fuel tank was sucked in. Goggled Dewalt warranty places and found nothing In Gainesville all in ocala called Dewalt they said ten little was a warranty place. Took it there and after Stacy spent a lot of time and effort emailing and calling Dewalt I got it repaired. Only took Dewalt 4 months to finally send all the parts and approved warranty. I will still buy Dewalt tools but never anything gas operated. If it runs on gas Im going to Ten Little Engines to buy it. They have my vote as the best shop in central Florida not to mention some great people running it

Halfway through the power outage of hurricane Idalia our generator stopped running. Thankfully we didnt lose any freezer food when the power came on. We knew we needed to find someone to troubleshoot and repair what was wrong with our generator that had hardly been used since bought new. We found TEN LITTLE ENGINES on an online search. It was the best thing that ever happened to us. Took our generator there and described what the problem was. Ten Little Engines worked with the manufacturer of our generator and diagnosed the problem in a matter of days. These people were kind, courteous, and genuinely cared about our problem. They had our generator repaired in less than a week. The techs were very knowledgeable and we knew we were in good hands. We cant say enough good things about EVERYONE that we dealt with there! A big shout out to them, and you can be sure we will be back with any other problems we have! People, give them a try, you wont regret it. Ten Little Enginesthis is how a company SHOULD treat you and I cant thank them enough!!
