We just used these folks to completely redo our Landscaping. The entire job from getting our bid to scheduling went perfect. Joe and Eric (Crew LS4) were very professional, worked extremely hard, and did an outstanding job...We would definitely use them again..

We needed some declining plants replaced and edging installed to replace our old landscape timbers. Based on our excellent experience with Masters in the past, we requested a proposal. Clayton responded quickly, listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and created a proposal that met our needs and budget. He was knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The work was done by the amazing dream team of Ty and Theo. They were hard-working, courteous, attentive to detail, and very professional. They went over and above to make sure we were satisfied with the completed job. One thing that could be improved is notifying the client if there are unforeseen schedule changes or delays. We are very pleased with our project and highly recommend this company to others.

Our first treatment wasnt as good as we hoped for, but that all changed on the next visit when they sent out Herbert Williams. He took the time to visit with me about my lawn before addressing the issues! He was thorough, professional and kind. He did an incredible job and I hope Herbert is out here on future visits (if not, I hope I can request him). Truly a happy customer now!

Masters installed an OPEN French drain for us around the pool deck. An open French drain is not wrapped up in landscaping fabric. Fabric is used to line the ditch but not wrapped around the perforated pipe. Normally, a French drain (closed) doesn't start working until the ground is saturated. That's not the case with an open French drain. Back to the review - we are very happy with the final result. The first pic shows why we needed it. The cardboard is covering up wet dirt so the dogs don't step in it. Water (rain, and pool water) would pool right there in the yard and kill the grass. Why French drain? Well, we started with a CHANNEL DRAIN (2nd pic). Our pool deck (50+ years old) doesn't have a smooth, straight edge. For the channel drain to work properly, it needs to lay flat against the side of the concrete without any gaps. The 2nd pic shows some gaps but believe me, other areas were a lot worse. On the 3rd day, we decided to punt and go with an open French drain because it doesn't require a smooth, straight edge. The following pics show the end result. One of these pics shows a catch drain (green). There's a pipe underground that feeds the water under the fence to the creek. Of course, the perforated pipe is connected to the catch drain. Thank goodness for CJ, who was our main installer. I think he knew from the get go that a channel drain wouldn't work. He stuck with it through everything and was very professional about the change. Jesse & DeShawn assisted CJ and also were a big help. This situation could have gone very badly but CJ and Masters stuck with it and made the best out of the situation. Thank you Master's, CJ, Jesse and DeShawn! Next project for us is the pool deck itself, but that's another story :)
