Action Irrigation and Landscaping

I had my entire irrigation system rebuilt last year. I called two months ago to get some issues fixed and they never showed. I called and texted several more times and even though one time they assured me they would get it done by end of March, nothing happened. I have given them so many chances but their service is dreadful. Maybe its because I live about 45 minutes from their shop, but if a business says they will do something, they should do it or tell the customer they cant. I have a neighbor that experienced the same problems with service from Action Irrigation. I think they gave up and went with another company which is what I did. I would never recommend this company for an irrigation system. Obviously promises mean nothing to them. Its all about customer service, its all about communication with customers. If a company cant provide good customer service, they are not a good company.

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and received a text on the day stating they could not make it but could come the next day. The next day I received a text saying their schedule filled up so they needed to reschedule. My issue is that I made an appointment weeks in advance so how could there schedule fill up?

One of their guys came over and checked out our problem after being an hour late and without letting me know I had to call them up to see where he was. So then after he got here he looked at my problem, he said he didn't have the stuff needed to fix it and he'd have to come back another day. So I said ok, but send us an estimate. Three days past with n estate. So I had to call them. They never called me back. Very unprofessional.
