        I can't review quality of the work, but I would have concerns about reliability. I contacted this company, made an appointment for them to come look at what I needed, took the day off from work to facilitate this. They called 2 days before to say they would have to cancel and would be back in touch to reschedule. Received a call the original appointment date saying he was on his way but running late. He already cancelled this appointment so I was back at work. Apparently, he was truly available at the original time. Said he would call me back to reschedule when he got back to the office. Never did. Never heard from them again. I would hate for this to happen in the middle of a remodel.

        Quoted $450,000 for 1372 sq ft. Completely ridiculous. Already own the land. Already have hook ups. Plain highway robbery. Edit: Someone from the company is now harassing me over reviewing the business. Both through phone calls and text messages.

        Jason and his entire team did an outstanding job on a variety of exterior projects including Hardie siding, painting, rescreening, and building a paver patio out back and paver front entrance and walkway. I've worked with a lot of contractors in town and McFall is by far the best. Their attention to detail is incredible and they go above and beyond. Looking forward to having them do our interior remodeling soon!

Jason, the owner, is so attentive to his customers and genuinely eager to provide a high quality service and product. I only wish we knew of them when we did previous remodeling. As a local, family-owned business, we value referrals and positive reviews, and while we understand your concern about pricing, we believe this review doesn't fully reflect our level of craftsmanship or the quality of the experience we offer here at McFall. Building costs for a custom home in our area typically run around $250-$350 per square foot. We tend to fall in the $300 per square foot range, especially for homes under 2000 sq. ft. There are many North Central Florida home builders to choose from, some offering lower quotes and others higher. We hope you find the right fit for your needs and budget.
