Updated Review: They didnt return my $100 deposit that I had to sign for (not a pre-auth). Total scum bag operation. When you go to their online sign-in process you check a little box that says IF YOU DISPUTE A CHARGE WITH CC AND IT GETS REVERSED, YOU AGREE TO PAY $50. Lost an hour trying to get them to reverse charges! Welcome to America where they try to fleece you in new & more interesting ways everyday! Original review: Check-in is at 4 PM. 10 people in office at that time. Have to scan ID and all other guests ID onto a slow website. Then you wait for receptionist to assign your room. The slowest process Ive encountered in US. Just chaos at desk. They charge your card $100 at checkinnot a pre-auth! Then key-making machine broken down. So after waiting an hour in parking lot, you wait 30 minutes to check-in. Nice big room. Partial bay view. Dirty toilet. Otherwise clean. Dont come here if youre tired or in a hurry!

Water in the shower was cold TV wasn't working toilet was acting up had to pay for clean towels and toilet paper when you needed somebody nobody was around overcharge for a room that basically had to pay early check-in fee and a deposit it was told if you didn't come to the room and wanted your money back the money was going to get forfeited

NASTY! DO NOT STAY HERE! the place is dirty, hard to find staff to help. Took 4 hours to try and get a room change after AC didn't work, roaches in bathroom and my son found a CRACK pipe. Yes you read that right. One women helped us and she was the only thing good I have to say about this place.

Stayed here for three days with my family. The only clean things in the whole motel were the top sheets on the beds and the toilet seat. The sink had sticky sludge next to it, the shower was moldy, the TV was on when we came in, the floor was dirty everywhere. The furniture had crumbs and dust on it. My shoes became sticky from walking here. Our room keys stopped working 2 times and we had to go to the front desk. Everytime we went to the front desk, there was a line of people complaining. One family went into their room and there were no bedsheets or anything. They said the room looked like no went in there for months. The hallway always smelled bad and there was always a big pile of dust in the corners like someone broomed but didn't pick up the garbage. The front desk lady was nice and helpful but was coughing a lot and I was scared she was sick. I'm rating this place a two because of the location, the helpful staff, at least the toilet and bedsheets were clean, and I didn't see any bugs. Also want to note that most of the recent reviews are low while the older ones are mostly 5 stars. Seems like this place went downhill.
