I'll admit that I had reservations searching for an attorney online. BUT...Blake, Angela and PTM Trust overcame all of those misgivings!!! I needed to transfer an interest in a Florida property to my California trust. PTM understood all of the nuances of my transaction. They guided me through the process, making it easy for me. They communicated clearly what I needed and walked me step-by-step through the process. Moreover, they were impeccably honest in warning me about unnecessary costs and procedures which I should avoid. They were simply a pleasure to work with!!!

We are new to Gainesville and had to rely on online research to select an estate attorney. We feel like we definitely ended up in the right place. Blake and his assistant, Crystal, were a calming, competent joy with whom to work. We were long overdue in our estate planning, and this team's methodical and structured approach was exactly what we needed. While we had done quite a bit of research, Blake presented us with excellent trust options that we had not considered. We were provided enough information to be able to make decisions on the spot about these options. Blake and Crystal encouraged us to ask as many questions as necessary, and they didn't tire of us when we took them up on that. Communication was excellent, documents were prepared in a timely fashion, and Covid protocols were followed. In short, we can highly recommend this firm for estate planning and will preparation.
