        Everyone at the office was nice but they try and scam you into expensive cleanings. Even with insurance they tried to charge me nearly $200 for a cleaning and when I asked for a regular cleaning they refused to do it and wouldnt off any payment plans. I would not go to this dentist unless you want to pay a lot of money. Not only that but trying to schedule with the hygienist was incredibly difficult. Overall would not recommend this office to anyone and I wont be going back.

        I just want to say this was the best experience I've had dealing with dental. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. The dentist was amazing and so was the staff. I really appreciate how the dentist took his time to explain my procedure. I have bad anxiety but this was a breeze. Thank you Aspen dental( Butler)

        Called and verified they are in network with my insurance and made a next day appointment due to broken tooth. Got there Friday and they aren't in network, so I have to pay $256 for exam and x-rays. (which are free if you have no insurance) They say I need a root canal they can get me in early in the week. They will call me in antibiotics and something for the pain and they will call and let me know when they can see me. Go to the pharmacy to get meds and they never called them in so no medicine all weekend. I call and Monday and have them send it in. Well they call in antibiotics and a steroid. I call and ask about the pain and was told to take Tylenol and Motrin at the same time. Still no appointment because they have to work up an estimate and they are having system troubles. So I am at 4 days with no help....will not come back
