Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This branch is absolutely horrible. They only have one teller and the other employees stand around talking. You could wait up to 20 mins. Any other branch in Gainesville the employees will take the time to ask those in line if they need to deposit. The last several months the main gentleman whos the teller is not friendly and just goes through the motions. Maybe a fresher course on customer service and how to conduct a friendly approach to clients would help him. I understand things can be stressful with lines going into the lobby. But a friendly smile goes a long way. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and never been treated kind at this branch. I try to avoid this branch at all costs.

Worst bank ever. Forced waiting in long lines per usual with this place. Bank elsewhere

Only saw 3 employees working. Needed to get access to safety deposit box waited 30 minutes to no avail. Completely a waste of my time because no one seemed to care about the service.

Daniela and Lesley are great Hilda is great for loans and Jeremy the manager is even the best. I am thinking he is new to this branch making it better April 2022 update I love the manager and the crew at this branch. It is also clean and efficient. They are changing my opinion about BOA
