The staff at Avera and Smith were extremely helpful and very easy to contact if I needed any help with my case. Whenever I had issues with the insurance company Avera and Smith staff were quick to address problems and find a resolution. Jenny and Dana handled my case flawlessly and were always just a phone call away. I had originally contacted 2 other law offices before Avera and those other firms either did not call back or werent able to help with case. I am so happy with results and my settlement offer!
