        Really poor overall experience. Left us high and dry where we had to hire another firm. The principal, Mick, more or less scammed us out of $16k. They are not a residential firm and seem more content working with the public sector (UF, public schools, etc). The firm seems to have a staffing issue and even worked that into their contract. The couple of employees we interacted with outside of Mick looked miserable (they both left). I could go on and on but honestly I don't want to waste anymore time than I already have on them (which was a lost year).
