Ive lived here 3 years and in the last 1-2 years it has gone completely down hill. Maintenance workers dont work and leave piles and piles of trash everywhere. Gates never work and when they do work, the gate keys dont work leaving people locked out. The office workers can never get the keys fixed right no matter how many times you go up to the office to get it fixed. Place is becoming an overpriced dump. Update: I am changing my review to 3 stars since they were quick to act on a few of these issues. Still not as great as it once was though.

I have lived here almost 5 years. Zoned to very good schools. Everything is close and about 5 minutes from I-75. However, be careful of Management, they have no ethics, they'll find away to screw you when you leave, make sure to take pictures and document everything. I don't understand their logic, this is bad for their business reputation.

You have to use broadstar which is a horrible internet company. My rent is $1619 for a 2 bedroom. 5 stars to maintenance and customer service. 1 star for my complaints.

Lived here for almost 3 years. CONS: 1. INTERNET IS AWFUL. Broadstar is the only ISP available and there's weekly outages, which sucks because my wife needs it to work from home. $75/month for internet which will always be slow 5pm-9 pm because it's bottlenecked. It was always slow, but since the hurricane, it's gotten more expensive and is now constantly going down. 2. Rental prices will go up every year. 3. Maintenance orders take forever. The maintenance guys are great, and simple things are fixed within a day or two, but if things need to get ordered, be prepared to wait a while. We've been waiting 5 months for an A/C cover since September 2023. 4. Gates haven't worked for 90%+ of the time we lived here. PROS: 1. safe and quiet neighborhood 2. trash valet 3. get to see wildlife frequently (racoons, turtles, deer, birds,) 4. screened-in porch 5. Tall ceilings 6. office is easily reachable and communicates well If you even care a little bit about your internet service, avoid Magnolia Place unless they get a new ISP.

The good: The townhomes look nice and the leasing office is very attractive-looking. The staff is also friendly (maintenance team & leasing office). The townhomes are tucked away and are extremely close to Magnolia Parke, which is a great place to shop. The area is relatively safe. We have not had any issues with things getting taken, packages stolen, etc. so that is very nice. The bad: Have lived here for over a year now. Upon moving in, we were told the things pointed out (before moving in) that needed repairs would be fixed, but they never were. The rent prices keep going up, however the amenities are not getting any better. The pool is rarely ever cleaned and looks trashy, the gym is always disgusting and dirty (I would not recommend using It unless you know it has been cleaned the same day), the "security" gate is almost always open, allowing people who do not have access to the community to come and go freely. The maintenance team takes, on average, 1.5-2 weeks to come and fix anything broken in the townhomes.
