        I absolutely love my new place! Yessani and Imani were so helpful at getting me in this great place. Maintenance response was quick and friendly. My first time living on my own, so this was very important to me!!!

        Within 2 weeks of living on property. I applied for a maintenance position. Now not only I live on this beautiful property I work here. With some amazing coworkers. Tracy Osborn, Imani White and Raymon.

        Do NOT TRUST CONCORD RENTS. They lie cheat and try to steal. Spring lake cove apartments & senior/disabled housing is a LIHTC certificate complex. Concord rents gets Millions of dollars is tac breaks. Do Not Believe the office staff when they Alledged they do not get government funding. Well it is the truth as well as a lie! They get millions in tax breaks from the government to say they are low income. Too they are Required to give EVERYONE at least $90 per month break on their rent since residents pay their own electric & water bill.
