I had an atm lock with my money in it back in October. Mr. White (AGM)audited the atm and took care of all the details. Fast forward there was a glitch in a letter sent to me that stated the money would be taken out of my account. I went there today and Mr. Cassady (VP) got right on it and assured me my money will not be taken from me. I really appreciate the fast, exceptional customer service. I was stressed and both Mr. White and Mr. Cassady helped assure me that I'd have my money that the atm "ate". I love vystar and am thankful for the Julington creek location staff. Who are by far Vystars better employees. Thank you again!!!

I have been a member of VyStar Credit Union when it was still Jax Navy Federal Credit Union. I joined the credit Union in the mid-1970s after I came off active duty in the United States Army and was an active Army Reservist in Jacksonville. I was a student at JU. I've always received excellent service from the credit union I'm pleased to see them grow and and stretch across the state of Florida. I currently reside in North Fort Myers (SW Florida) but maintain an active account. All the services that I need can be accessed by Magic Touch, ATM machines across the state as well as by telephone. On the rare occasion that I have to travel to a branch I can do so within a few hours and as the credit Union continues to expand I hope to see them expand into South central and Southwest Florida as well as South Florida. Don't worry about calling they won't answer. Just walk inside they aren't doing anything either. Plenty of time for them to just answer a phone.

Went to speak with someone about switching my secured credit card to an unsecured card. Jo Ann Renda was the representative that processed my information and sent said information to the underwriter. The problem is, she doesn’t listen to details and told the underwriter I was a college student which is not true. I have income and offered to provide my tax returns. Now I’m getting updates from credit karma that I have a “new employer” added to my credit record called “college”. This was after there was a hard inquiry done with the incorrect information. THIS IS FRAUD!!!
