        Very happy this practice has been established for many reasons. Freeport desperately needed more healthcare providers and these ladies answered the call! No more driving an hour for services when someone in the family is sick or experiences a health emergency! Its been a game changer. In addition, my provider Chastity is fantastic. She takes a patient centered approach, listens well, and has been super helpful in my health journey. Im so relieved to have Freeport Primary here!
