Ronco Generators

My experience with Ronco has been nothing but five-star throughout my recent generator install. There were a fair number of logistical and timing issues with which we had to work, and their team was always responsive, helpful and productive- being flexible and willing to think through scheduling and utility coordination issues to get the job done. In this area, it is pretty rare these days to find a major services contractor who will take ownership of a project, stay on top of it, and do what needs to be done to satisfy the client/ customer and finish the job successfully. The team at Ronco did that for me, and I appreciate their efforts. Service: Installation

We've called at least 3 times with no response. We've also sent an email with no response. Today we called and were unable to leave a message as their email inbox is Full. We;'re scheduled for an installation on WED Feb 16th and have been unable to verify. COL Supinski

Had Ronco install a whole home generator after Hurricane Michael hit. After paying 10K+ and $367.00 for two yearly maintenance checks, they told me I was too far for them to maintain it. They didnt think I was too far to take my $10K. And during the last maintenance the technician spilled oil all around the unit killing the grass. Super unprofessional. Look for a licensed, authorized GENERAC dealer. I called GENERAC directly and was told that RONCO was not an authorized GENERAC dealer and the nearest was in Georgia. Service: Installation

Needed a Technician visit due to a "wiring error" occurring in the generator during a deluge of rain and lightning. Stephen (the technician from Ronco) was super. He explained everything and why the generator reacted like it did. He reset the generator and even showed me how to do it, easy. A short visit. He was super knowledgeable and very accommodating to every question I had, answering them all thoroughly before he departed.
