Update aug 4th 2020.. my a/c died again and I of course called my favorite company. Once again they were out as soon as they could. Mike had the problem fixed in less then 5 minutes. He then checked over the whole unit to make sure everything else was working good. I cant even explain how great this company is!!!! All I can say is wow!! Our air went out yesterday ( on a holiday of course). I called first thing this morning. The wonderful lady who answered said she would get someone out to me in the afternoon because they were busy as can be. She said if she could work magic she would get someone out sooner. 45 minutes later and they were at my door. The gentleman said he was a installer but he was going to see what he could do and if he couldnt, the tech would still come later in the day. 15 minutes later my unit was blowing cold air and they were finishing up. They were awesome. I will recommend them to everyone. Since the first post Ive used ACE to install an entire new unit. Every year they call me to come service it at no charge. They get me filters when ever I need them and the customer service TOP NOTCH AND THE BEST. I cant tell you how nice it have a company that you know will not take advantage of you. The individual who performed maintenance on my A/C unit was an awesome, professional hard working person. He was very thorough and explained everything he did in detail. He not only cleaned the internal part of the unit, he also made the outside of the unit look brand new. Highly recommend this company. Service: HVAC system maintenance
