Ive been going to Heathers investor group for about a year. I work in short term rental property management and am a local realtor. I show up to network and learn the various aspects of different ways people invest in real estate so I can better assist my owners and clients. Long term, mid term and flips are a foreign concept to me. Coming here each month has connected me to more information from people living the life and growing their wealth for their family. Its now been for more personal reasons- I come to learn so I can setup my son for the future and help him be ready to be an investor as soon as he is of age. Honestly- first time buyer to savvy investor- this is a great group. Always come away with something.
