Lori Ann was such an asset to have as I was trying to find a place to stay in Niceville. She expertly guided me through everything and answered every question I had, even the dumb ones. I would go back to this business in a heartbeat if all of the agents are even close to the level she was on.

Very friendly and easy to work with. Was able to move in extremely quickly. When I needed any maintenance done the owner had people out same day for fix.

I have rented from Sundance for the past four years and they have accommodated my every need. They are prompt and handling any Maintenance request and diligent on the follow through and follow up. Rick has been amazing every year on my walk-through and Kat and Tricia have always been professional compassionate, and have considered our needs over the years. I would recommend Sundance management company to anyone that wants a company that cares about you and your needs as if they were their own. We have been blessed by our time spent with them. Now to move on to purchase our own personal home.

My husband and I have been renting through Sundance for the past 5 years and we are now entering our 6th year with them!
Everyone we have dealt with at Sundance has been very professional as well as friendly!
This year we are moving into a new home and I cant thank Alisha and Jessika enough for all their help and making this transition go smoothly for me and my family!!
