    **Disclaimer*** The response they left below is a lie!! The owner was not aware of what was going on initially. Stevie, lakin, and summer were lying to us and owner, and they got caught in lies when the owner contacted my husband behind their back!!!!There was no negligence on our part and this was proven. Military PERSONNEL AND FAMILIES BE AWARE!!! Stevie mcinnes, LAKIN deveaux, Buffie, Summer are all unprofessional liars. Dont believe the fake reviews written by their employees, friends, and family members to bump their rating up. I recognize the names of some of the reviewers. Do NOT leave your property in the care of this company!! Attention potential tenantsDO NOT rent from this dishonest company. they tried to come for us to replace a sewage pump for over $5000 after the fake plumbers they sent out said the grinder pump was going bad. The unlicensed plumbers they use work on commission, so be aware. This company is notorious for claiming negligence on the tenant, but fails to mention their negligence.We took them to small claims because we knew they were lying! The company owner Stevie Mcinnes, her daughter Lakin, and Buffie then flipped on the homeowner, and said he was the one wanting us to upgrade his pump. THAT WAS A LIE, HE WAS ONLY GOING BY THE LIES THEY WERE TELLING HIM. In the end, the homeowner, who is a military member stationed overseas felt they were lying and not telling him the whole truth, reached out to my husband, who is also military. They spoke and quickly realized that Lakin, Buffie, and Stevie had been lying to him and us as well. In the end we were able to get a second opinion, which we had been requesting the whole time. The septic company that was sent out for a second opinion said the pump was in great shape and was not going bad! We knew this the whole time, because we hadnt had any issues with the plumbing since their fake plumber came and unclogged the system. One last thing we took great care of the home, and I have pictures to prove it. We didnt even walk in the house with shoes on. They are charging us $650 for a deep cleaning fee, $120 for carpet cleaning, and $100 claim letter fee. What is a claim letter fee?? We were in the middle of a PCS so honestly we let it go, obviously they needed the money more than us! Again, they are blaming this on the homeowner. To charge $650 for a deep clean fee, one would think that we left the home in disarray. We were not expecting the whole deposit back, its not about the money because were ok regardless, but its about principle at this point. We even cleaned before we moved out. Also they are not responsive to maintenance calls, and the whole 2 1/2 years that we lived in the house, we never heard from them until we did a renewal of the lease at year 2, and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! We have NEVER had an experience with any other property management company until we encountered Emerald Coast PM. Also, be aware they have their employees and friends post glowing reviews for their company as well, so dont believe all the good reviews. We are so glad to be done with them!! Good riddance, and good luck to those that have left their property in their care!!

Thank you for the review. This was a current tenant that the owner is charging a tenant bill as a vendor deemed they were negligence. The added information to this review is false, we still manage the property and have a wonderful relationship with the owner. We wish this tenant well.
