Ive been using them for awhile now for both cutting and cleaning up the yard along with sod replacement and they do a phenomenal job. 5 stars for sure.

On March 19th, I requested sprinkler repair and service with Ronnie from Coastal Property Maintenance. Ronnie was prompt, thorough in addressing my issues and affordable. He even provided some hands on training for any minor issues that could pop up in the future. I will defintely use their services again if needed. Five Stars!!

I think you need to be careful who you employ. I dont think your employees understand they represent your company when riding in your trucks. Today, January 24th at 12:20, I was walking the neighborhood in front of Colony House apartments (941 Pocahontas Drive). One of your workers whistled at me when they passed (they were heading to the residential area by the bayou). He was a passenger of the work vehicle. I provided details of the location and time so you can find who was assigned to that area. This is unprofessional behavior and honestly raises a safety concern for women who considers your business.

Overall, I had a great experience working with this company. Clear communication, the job was done as scheduled and in a very timely manner. My yard needed to be completely cleaned up of leaves and debris that had accumulated over years from the previous owner. A crew of four to five completed the job, which made their work very fast and efficient. I look forward to working with them in the future and will definitely recommend their services to others. Coastal Property maintained my lawn from March - October. The major issue occurred while I was deployed. I paid for them to service my lawn, including operating the irrigation system throughout the summer. When I returned home, half of my lawn was dead from not being watered for 6 months. It took 3 attempts and 2 weeks to get someone from the company out to inspect the damage and explain what happened. When Ronnie finally came out he refused to admit that the company had failed to turn on the irrigation system, claiming he would have never messed up and that his son was the only other person to touch the irrigation systems and wouldnt have made an error either. He also claimed they would have contacted me regarding damages to the lawn but I was never contacted by the company other than for reminders of upcoming or moved service dates. I know the irrigation system was never turned on because I confirmed with multiple neighbors that the irrigation system was never turned on, it was still set to normal hours when my neighbors would have seen it. There was also a broken sprinkler head(they damaged) that would have been very obvious had the system been turned on. The main issue is this company killed the lawn, refused to take ownership of the issue, promised to help fix the issue then never came back. Ronnie admitted they probably broke the sprinkler head and had someone come out to fix it(again after I had to contact the company multiple times to remind them). The cuts and edging were also satisfactory, therefore they get 1 star. This company is not reliable nor is it worth the cost. Photos for reference. 1st photo is grass near my neighbor that received water and is what my lawn looked similar too when I left it in their care. The other 3 are their results.
