The employees have changed. Most are new at least to me. I have always used Sullivan for homeowner and auto insurance. They always find affordable and great coverage for us. I don't know but felt different this time. It lost that "we're family" feel? Now I'm not sure but I had to contact the mortgage company myself and discuss what they want to do since my year ended. The mortgage company said they would take care of it for me. Before the employee called the mortgage company while we were in the office and discussed the renewal issue. We only had to agree to the terms? I felt odd on my own? I guess those days are gone? So do I skip the middle man (Sullivan insurance) and bargain with other homeowner insurance providers? I know there must be a commission or something $$$ for that service?? I like the human interaction like before!
