I placed an order on October 8th to deliver first thing on the 9th. On the 9th I received an email confirming the delivery. The floral arrangement was not delivered and in response they told me that it was not the delivery person and that they would deliver it the next day and also that the email with the delivery confirmation was sent automatically. The lack of seriousness is unheard of. They are a jerk

I ordered two dozen roses for my girlfriend. When the flowers arrived half were dead and the rest looked like Portulaca olercea (fake roses). When I saw the flowers I was so embarrassed I denied sending them. Besides the flowers being subpar my girlfriend said the driver smelled of weed and his zipper was down. I called the owner the next day and and the old lady was a total bit_h. She refused to refund my money and advised I got what I payed for. The old bag even said she would call the police, and that her husband was the Sheriff of the county....I would not recommend this company.

I needed an arrangement for a family member's grave that I would be taking out of town. I went to the store and talked to the designer. She designed a beautiful arrangement in the colors I wanted within a reasonable amount of time. They also made sure it was weighted (for the wind) and in a container that met the cemetery guidelines.  It's a lovely arrangement at a reasonable price, too. For any florist, I suggest customers either go in or call directly and speak to the florist. They are able to make suggestions and help you with your order.
