I had a lot of things to say about Julius and his crew. I told him i would be very fair with the review but honestly, at this point the job is done and all i can do is fix what was not done correctly.
See Rachels review from 4 weeks ago. My job was done a month ago and the same issues that rachel pointed out, were my issues as well.
Always asking for money, even though i paid over 6k up front.
If you want a fair job done, and to be chasing them all around, and for them to not show up on time (meaning the time they tell you they will show up) and for them to tell you they will be done in such date but they go passed the date they agreed to finish the job by; then Julius and his crew are your guys.
I really hope they fix all those issues. People always telling me how hard is to find good contractors around this area, and man oh man, that is so true.
If you know handyman stuff you better be on their back making sure everything is done correctly and if you don't, well, good luck. Services: Install flooring, Tile work replacement, Stair flooring, Remodeling, Floor tile restoration, Repair flooring

Swanigan's installed my wood flooring on a project I have been working on for months (a retirement gift to myself after 20 years in the Air Force). The interaction with the owner, from start to finish was very professional. I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work. Thanks again; my family and I love our Creative Space!

Swanigan Flooring & Renovations came on short notice to finish installing backsplash in my vacation rental condo on short notice and did a great job! Communication was very clear and I would recommend them.
