        Being a military member, now retired, I've not had any issues with our personal account. I always tried to bank with the branch on base, saving time if issues came up. Except for closing my neighborhood branch. All is good,

        This is absolutely the worst bank ever. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. It is impossible for me to check my balance online and they cannot tell me why. I can't use thee automated system over the phone and they can't seem to fix it. They told me they would increase my spending limit one day and they didn't.

        Normally I have good things to say about this bank and give them a five star, but this morning I asked for a blank check register, at the Mary Esther branch and they now are charging $1.00 for these things. I've been with them for 50 years and have two checking accounts and never had a check bounce. I'm also a member of the Suite 100 club. How low are they going to go?
