This week I purchased a 2023 Mercedes GLA. My salesperson was Britany Garfinkel. My husband made an appointment for us to see two GLAs that were available. Britany had the two cars out front ready to test drive. I decided on the one with the features I wanted. Britany told me all about the car features and the safety features. I was trading in my 2010 Lexus with less than 40,000 miles. We agreed on a price, signed some papers, and left in my new GLA. The people at the dealership were very nice & professional, but Britany was the star!! She knows all about these cars and is delightful! It was a joy to buy a car from her!

Bad customer service. I keep Calling to pay the bills for the service. Never returned my call. Wasted time.
