Spent 44k on my truck and was told it came with free oil changes. I scheduled an appointment for my first oil change and as soon as I got there the advisor clearly didnt want to bring any more vehicles in. Told me I was early for my oil change(I went off the factory sticker on the truck) but I wanted to get the first one done so I offered to pay out of pocket for it. Then told me it was over 2 hours and I should come back. I drove 45 minutes for this scheduled appointment. No matter what excuse I accepted he came back with some excuse why it wasnt gonna work. What a waste of time and gas I will take my business to someone that wants it. Ive been an advisor for 8 years Im not a fool to this.

Super nice guy on the phone. In person 4 different RUDE employees. Theyve got a vibe problem. Super cool coffee area with cookies and comfy seats to wait. Maybe management can address the way the collective group handles customers.
