You didn't provide a walk through nor return a deposit then gave me a debt that is not owed. You need to return peoples deposits. You need someone sitting in the office to provide a walk through but that was never possible. Anytime we ever did get somebody in the office they had a smart mouth and bad attitude. Never could get a walk through appointment. Then to add insult to injury, you charged for damages that were already in the apartment. I have pictures but you didn't want to see them. Then you go to remodel and rip all the stuff out (in a matter of days) that you said was damaged and charge me for it. It wasn't even clean when I moved in! The stains on the carpet that you ripped out through remodel were already there when we moved in. I have photographs/ video. Lived with a rusted refrigerator, nasty stained carpet, and endless amount of bugs, never would replace or repair any of it. The place being a dump is why we moved and I had a child about to start toddling, asked that you replace the refrigerator so my childs hands weren't in the rust on the fridge. You said we are putting all new during remodel. Never could give me a remodel date.Then you charged me for the damages that were never mine. Cant take a walk through with me, look at any of my proof that I didn't do any of those damages. Didn't hesitate to to put it on my credit score though did you.. . You have to provide people with a walk through in a reasonable amount of time and since you remodeled that wasn't even possible. How do you charge people for damages and provide no walk through?
