First Choice Towing and Recovery LLC

I can not say enough about this Towing Company....My daughter and her family broke down on the Turnpike not knowing anyone, scared and stuck. We called them, they came as normal..Keep in mind I had my daughter, her husband and my two grandchildren. They came with a tow truck and a roll-off. I had ordered a Uber to come get them, the Uber was delayed. This amazing tow-truck driver Paul took my daughter and her family refusing to leave them on the road waiting on the Uber to the hotel......my grandson was "melting down" terrified, he calmed him during the ride. Paul and his co-worker went above and beyond for my family. It does not end there! With there vacation delayed, knowing they were leaving the car in the parking lot of the hotel, Paul offered to help after they returned from the Keys. He helped my daughter and her Husband get the car on the trailer days later! I hope this company realizes what a great team they have working for them. It also puts a warm feeling in my heart that there are still good people in this world.

On Friday Me and my family were traveling 8 hours from Gainesville, Fl to key west. My car overheated on the turnpike with my 2 children in the car. I was terrified it was dark and the 18 wheelers were shaking my car on the side of the road.Paul was there in less than 30 mins to get us ! Miquel was right behind him to help transport my family.(my son has very bad anxiety and was crying, Miquel calmed him down telling him stories I was thankful because I was so overwhelmed) Monday we came back to Port Saint Lucie to get my car with a trailer, we were unable to get it on the truck he came back AGAIN to help us get it loaded ! I am beyond thankful for him & his team. They saved my family vacation & made sure we were safe.
