St. Lucie Battery and Tire

I went to this st lucie battery and tire to get an oil change. Not the best experience. First i told them i need an oil change and to check my tires (they have been losing air lately and its 80 out) they did the oil change but did not check my tires as my tire warning light has been on. They tell me my car is done and everything is good to go but i need new tires next time i come. Me knowing i didnt need new tires as my tread is still good. They give me the wrong of keys to a camry as i drive a rav 4. They get it sorted out. 1 week later im driving down 95 i hear scrapping noise. They did not screw in my skid plate completely. I go back to them they tell me they removed the broken fallen skid plate AND replaced it. They did not replace it. So now i will have to go buy another skid plate. However i dont think i will be returning to this location.

Kenneth, Mike, and Kayla were all very kind and helpful everything I stop in for service! All the mechanics are skilled and thorough could not ask for better help!! I will permanently take my car to them for any and all services!
