The owners are not very nice. They like to argue with the customers over the phone and in person. They think they know everything about the customers pools. The guys that come clean the pools are very polite and knowledgeable. They actually listen to what u have to say.

Purchased variable speed pump and heater from them and was told I had to have them install it or the warranty would be voided. Purchased a vacuum from them and it didnt work out the box. Tried to return the next day and they said I couldnt. They replaced a valve and the motor on a brand new unit to get it slowly working but it identified a suction leak on the pump they installed. They charge $115 on a unit under warranty to come look at their own work and charge 20% restocking fee on item that didnt work when purchased. - Reply to pinch a pennys reply on 5/22/23 The owner fails to see an issue when they sell a defective unit on purchase, deny the ability to return the very next day without a 20% restocking fee, replace a motor and valve and essentially sell me a refurbished unit at a new price. Also, when we first tried to return it the next day we were told by staff that two other people had already been in the store in the last week with the same unit that had defective valves, but it was never mentioned to us in the process of purchasing the unit. Not only did we try to return it three times in the first week (once the next day, a second time after we were told about the defective valves, and a third time after the motor had to be replaced), we also offered to exchange the vacuum for the same model but for a unit that didnt have multiple defective components on purchase, and were told that was not an option either. The delay between date of purchase and return is because I was attempting to contact the manufacturer but they did not even have a voicemail on their phone number and could not get ahold of them before the 30 days was going to expire. We did elect to return the unit with the restocking fee because we had multiple issues, had a company we could not get ahold of, and did not trust the product or warranty. As for the pump, you are correct, it was installed in June and we never mentioned a complaint because we assumed it was operating properly upon installation. However, the pump had an air bubble since the day it was installed, and we did not know this was abnormal until we tried hooking the vacuum up to it. I did not try to repair it myself, I had another pool company who I trust come out without the $115 fee to just show up. Turns out there was a leak at the couplings for the pipes where it was installed. Unfortunately, we had a gift card with the purchase that had to be used so we purchased some chemicals after the restocking fee to make sure we did not lose additional money. Lesson learned. We did enjoy the staff that worked there but will find a better company that stands behind new products they sell and their installation work.
