Quaint little store, privately owned nice variety of recreational accessories. My main complaint would be that the woman there is always on the phone. This is not only rude but also hinders the ability to have the best possible customer service experience, kind of hard to explain what you need or have questions when they won't end their conversation on the other end of the phone? When you are lucky enough to have her attention she is extremely friendly and personable however these opportunities do not present themselves often. Having come from a career in customer service, I find it frustrating however it does not deter me from continually shopping at the store.
