The staff were pleasant and very helpful in establishing my account and access. The facility is clean and well maintained. I appreciate the security of the facility and feel assured that my items are safe from pilferage.

I sent My girlfriend to grab an item I had In my storage locker. Sarah was a huge help showing my lady Around the facility and to my unit!!

Rented unit using online. The system provided me an entry code. On December 9th @ 9am I tried to enter the gate but the system code would not work. I called the 888 number and was routed to the office at the facility which closed as they opened at 10am. This caused an issue as I only had the U-Haul until 10am and I had another appointment at 10:30am. Therefore I had to call other storage businesses in the area and spend more $$ on another unit. I called Prime Storage Port St Lucie later that morning and the told me as it was buyers remorse there was nothing they could do. This was not buyers remorse but the store manager changed my code the day before without notification to me. Prime has a bad process do not trust Prime Storage Port St Lucie. Bad customer service and will not take responsibility for changing the system code to your phone number. Stay away!
