Sheila is a very inspirational coach and healer! I have enjoyed two wonderful classes with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for energy clearing and starting your journey in Reiki!

Sheila is a gift and the light that we need in this world. I am so grateful to have experienced her teachings and guidance on my Reiki journey. Sheila is professional, very knowledgeable, intuitive, empathetic, kind, patient and genuine. All throughout the process, Sheila helps guide us to those areas that might require more focusleading to an enhanced learning process to respect our beautiful energy system thats just waiting to be tapped into (and cleared!). I feel as though she intuitively tailors each class to meet whichever area we require (and we might not have been aware of!). From her breathing techniques to the energy clearing and then to the Reiki, Sheilas guidance and teaching incorporates self care and self truth in the process, and she sets us up for our own success in all ways! The pace at which we learn at or that of which we lead in our busy day to day lives; is respected so much by her. I was able to conveniently take classes over video (FaceTime) option which made it much easier as a single mom. Everything has been so appreciated, and I highly recommend Sheila for your own journey! Sheila is the real deal, she is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others! Lots of personal healing came after our session together. :)
