Under no circumstances should anyone ever buy flowers from this florist. I called because the flowers I received were shorted by 1/2 dozen and white roses were spray painted to make them pink. The spray paint smelled horribly. The company kept yelling at me that I was being rude, the flowers didnt smell and claimed they had pictures to back up their claim of 2 dozen roses. They of course refused to show me said photos then refused to speak with me and hung up. Ive included pictures of what I received vs. what was ordered. Horrible, horrible customer service.

I received an arrangement for my birthday. The flowers were very fresh and smelled amazing. The orange lilies had the most brilliant color of any bouquet I have ever received. It has now been over a week since they arrived and some lilies just opened yesterday. All the flowers have retained their color, scent, and petals. The arrangement looks as fresh today as the day they were delivered. I am surprised they have lasted this long but I am really enjoying them.

I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers for my stepmom who was recovery from breast cancer surgery. I ordered the bouquet based on colors and the amount of roses and other accent flowers. What she received was a horrible, cheap looking bouquet with more greenery and carnations vs the roses that were expected. I could have went to grocery store and had a better bouquet of flowers for her than was she got. I am sorely disappointed and feel like I wasted a lot of money. First picture is what was ordered, second one is what she received. Her bouquet only had 6 roses and none of the pretty pink flowers. I get that sometimes they have to adjust due to available stock, but I feel like there was no attempt to even try and come close to what was actually ordered.

Unfortunately I had to tell my friend, not to use this florist again, my flowers arrived wilted, the rose had holes in the petals, so I checked the water in the crock like vase, no water so filled it set it on my table, the crock had a crack in the bottom, the delivery had to have water in their truck so water all over my table, I called several times, but got where with them, so I also posted on my face book how the arrangement looked, cant believe theyre still in business, I have received many flowers over the years and have never seen such poor customer service.

Thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement. It is absolutely beautiful and the young man who delivered it was kind and courteous. Highly recommend to use a Touch of Elegance.
