      image Kimn Chartier changed the date on my prescription withholding it,she went into my old prescriptions that was expired sent a request to my doctor for the old prescription with the lesser dose override my prescription for refill next month. She said she didn't like all the medication I am on. Im disabled and have brain stem damage.What she's doing is illegal.Ive called MANY times.Each complaint she gets worse.Now my disability rep is taking me to FL Board of Health to get help.Thank God I have the phone recordings and screenshots. She's violated my human rights. She needs her license revoked asap!
