Dr. Slack is the best surgeon, doctor, plastic surgeon...he is so caring and knowledgeable and listens to any concerns...I cannot thank him enough for the care he provided before, during and after my thyroid surgery and I am so happy with his expertise, my incision is beautiful, practically invisible...not to mention he is the nicest person ever...thank you, Dr. Slack!

Dr. Slack was a surgeon recommended by members of my family and Im so glad I used him for a critical non-elective surgery. The one night hospital stay was something he recommended that made me feel much more comfortable with the procedure. From the first visit through the last, he and his staff were great to work with and I would recommend him in the future.

Dr.Slack is an amazing doctor! My visits & expierence with Dr.Slack was beyond amazing. Starting with his office staff they are very helpful and caring. During my visits with Dr.Slack he was so nice and thorough. My post op appointment he asked many times if I had any questions and explained what the procedure was going to be like and told me information reegarding post op. I had a tonsillectomy performed and everything went perfect. I highly recommend Dr.Slack! 10/10

My name's Jeremy and after 16 years of having a bad deviated septum,couldn't breath or smell threw my nose I had surgery with Dr Slack and the man is truly amazing iam truly grateful for the staff and employees that helped me on this journey to enjoy the smaller things in life like inhaling and exhaling properly and smelling the roses for once in my life thank you from the bottom to the top of my heart .if u need work done this is the place any questions or comments please get at me.
