        The staff and docs all nice and helpful. Followup stinks. Sept. 20 i was told by dr. Beiser the would call me to schedule an mri. I called office and left a message never received a call. Just doing my home pt and let my arm heal

        Very disappointed that as an established pt. since 2019, I could not get any appointment any sooner than 6 weeks out. This is despite a recent fall on my knee with pain, and a MRI ordered by my primary showing a torn meniscus.I called the office twice, and the staff said that Dr. Beiser would not look at any MRI results unless I had an appointment. I have been an RN for 37 years. I have NEVER heard of an MD that would not review an abnormal test/imaging report of an established pt. without an appt. Furthermore, it is poor practice to put a pt. 6 weeks out with a new injury. I went to another provider who saw me within a few days and took care of me to my great satisfaction.

        Good luck on having a real person answer the phone. You always have to leave a message. They do not return calls within the 24 hours as their voice recording says they will do.
