In my time of being there they went through 3 companies and six administrators. None of them did anything they promised and this new company they are with now I dont think theyre gonna last and kitchen manager is very indecisive and have her head in the clouds all the time shes a liar, and I wouldnt blame any other people there in the kitchen if they leave

My 88 year old mom fell and broke her hip. She ended up spending about 3 weeks in this facility. The staff were all very helpful and very caring. Nobody wants to be in a facility like this but this place was absolutely phenomenal. They kept her room clean. She had control of the temperature in her room. It was quiet and peaceful. Everyone was very respectful. I met the director (Mr. Taylor). He told me that he treats everyone there like it was his own family. He was true to his word. Thank you for doing a great job

My mom had to go here after she fell and broke her pelvis at 90! The food is always cold and they are short-staffed with nurses!!! The therapists are awesome!! That's pretty much the only good part. She was in for 8 days before she even got to see the doctor!! This is supposed to be one of the better places to go??!!! You need to have someone with you to take care of everything for you, especially if you can't walk!!!She's home now and thank the Lord for one of the nurses!! She told my mom that she hadn't gone potty in at least 7 days!!! They were telling her all along that she was!!! She was violently nauseous and had severe cramps and they didn't know why!!! Because she hadn't gone potty in over 7 days!!! There is one really great nurse there Juicy, that saved my mom's life as far as I'm concerned!! I couldn't be there all the time, because I can't drive due to my broken arm. If you have to put a loved one here try and make sure that you can have an advocate for them all day long!!!

Went there this afternoon to apply for a job while sitting in the waiting area filling out my application the lady who drive the van I know her since she had interview me before at Aidan she is apart of the HR body she was driving the company vehicle transportation patient this happen on the 1/29/2024. I request to speak with a manager so while waiting that rude lady came in and see me but my head was slightly down on the clipboard she asked the secretary at the front if it was me who wanted to see a manager flashing her at atme band passing rude remarks and giving bad eye contact she then exit the building and enter the vehicle while a well know staff of there transfer the patient outside and this is the reason why I never work their in the first place no respect for persons and yway the manager come and I spoke with her and I leave the Aidan Nursing home still in search for a job won't go back because I was disappointed of how I was characterized by this individual

Words from a parent themselves Aidan Post Acute and Rehabilitation/ Vivo Healthcare FT Pierce 700 S 29th st Fort Pierce, FL 34952. The only thing I can say that's good about this place is that the entire physical and occupational therapy staff were excellent, especially Thomas and Alexiana. A few of the daytime nurses and CNAs were competent, but especially the afternoon and night staff not only did their jobs but seemed not to really care. Often the call bell wasn't answered for up to 45 mins or an hour. Many times requests had to be repeated multiple times before tasks were completed. Some staff gave attitude for simple requests. Many times I felt like I had to beg certain staff members to do their job. I made management know however, things fall on deaf ears. I even had my advocate step in and things got corrected some of them time. For example anytime I needed to be changed certain people were very rough with me knowing I have bandage wound and disregarded my cries. Many times you could here another parent crying out for assistance from staff and from what I could hear she was ignored. They claimed they had a wound care team who were trained with wound vacs but the wound dressing and vac had issues every day. They weren't doing much of a job much of the time. I came there with an infection which took days just to resume medication from the hospital. I was discharged and found out the following day I have an infection which I wasn't even advised about till 3pm on Friday before the three day weekend. Cleanliness was also an issue. Although I was sponge bathe every day due to an open wound, the room cleaning was pretty very lax. In addition, it was very run down and many roaches were sighted. Not once in the time I was there did they offer to help with brushing my teeth or cleaning my dentures. Sometimes her bedsheets were not changed and the pillow cases about once a week. Food was also very bland and boring. Every breakfast was exactly the same. For example, liquid eggs, grits or oatmeal, with piece toast placed right in grits or oatmeal. It took more than a week for the kitchen to get me on a diabetic, heart healthy diet after advising them many times and sending food back. Food was never served hot. Prior to my diet being updated the diet plan regular didnt seem healthy in any way. Most of the food seemed high carb and very little variation. I would never recommend a soul to come here if they value their care. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
