I went here for a movie and ordered oneee thing aside from a drink, and they brought the drink but never brought my cinnamon bites. After 2 hrs the movie ended and both me and my brother still hadnt gotten our order, just to find out they were fixing our orders for another theater. And then some of the staff had the nerve to feel a way because I wanted a refund, which I also had to wait 30 minutes for. Def not going back.

When a company becomes greedy and makes changes thats when you see their downfall and will soon shutdown. I see this happening at Touchstar cinema. This movie theater use to be wonderful and now its going downhill. The cinema smells like mold and they have now become cheap and taken away the popcorn with your movie ticket. Why? If customers didnt like that option( this is what the manager claims) then you should give two options of tickets with popcorn or without popcorn. This movie theater had so much potential. We loved supporting small businesses. It always reminded me of LOOK or ALAMO DRAFTHOUSE but now the management isnt running the cinema correctly or having any promotional content. I cant wait for the AMC to renovate because thats where my family and I will be going. Sad to say!
