We opened a business account here and needed some checks printed because we hadn’t received our checks and I received great customer service here and had to wait just a few minutes for our checks to be printed! Friendly staff and atmosphere!

Went here and the lady that try to assist me was ok, until she wasn't doing the correct paper had to ask for help.. she start to get grumpy. She asked if I had something she need I said no didn't know I needed it, she shove my papers back and said I need it and to my surprise she got up and walk away from the desk leave me sitting there, i thought she went to get something..as if my business was not important enough,I look around and she went to help someone else. All am saying is I will not be going back there.

I don’t know if the way I get treated here is because I am young or if it’s how they treat all customers. Rude and condescending staff. If you live in St Lucie County, all of your important business banking should take place at the Ft Pierce branch. They treat you like you are important and intelligent, unlike this location.
