I would give a zero but I can't, I made an appointment, came and signed in and it says my wait time is 63 minutes!!! I shouldn't have to wait over an hour when I made an appointment. Stop over scheduling so you can get people in at they're scheduled time.

Went there to drop off a sample for my wife was in a hurry to go to work no patients was inside door was open so I shouted hello one of the workers came to me told them I just needed to give them the samples was in a hurry but no you have to sign in. So I sign in my wifes information laid the bag on the chair and exited. Very unprofessional heard them in the back giggling saying I didnt have a mask on ba ba ba we need to start using LabCorp.

April of 2022 I visited the Port St Lucie location off of Gold tree for a blood draw. I arrived a ten minutes early and checked in. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back before my appointment time. My phlebotomist was cordial, quick, and efficient having me literally in and out before my appointment time even started.

They made a HUGE mistake on my report and now I'm going to have trouble getting meds for prediabetes. They said I was not fasting when the technician asked me TWICE and I said YES. I spent time on the phone today trying to straighten it out and they sent a new report that still says N next to fasting! What kinds of other mistakes are they making with my blood work.

They are better than the location in Stuart, that is for sure. Still, even if you have an appointment you can expect a longer wait time past what you were told.
