Jose came and troubleshot my pump and he ended up replacing my well valve, pressure tank and pressure switch along with some piping to the pump. He ended up making 4 trips to diagnose my issue with no single solution. The pipes he replaced ended up leaking so he came back to fix it and said everything was good and when I went to check it, the system was still not working. I called him back to say the system was not working and he said it was probably the pump and to call back the company that replacd my pump as he did not want to come back nor would I have asked him to come back. I ended up calling our old sprinkler guys to troubleshoot and they said he failed to calibrate my system and were unsure if I even needed to replace all of those 3 components for my sprinkler sytem (pump was fine). Jose is a good guy, but I felt taken advantage of and unfortunately, this veteran cannot reccomend his work to others. At the very least, I would have expected a partial refumd of the almost 1k that I paid, but it was a major leason learned for me.
