Our renewal for the year had come due from our previous carrier. It had skyrocketed for the coming renewal period. I contacted three other agents whom I knew personally. I contacted Tom Ruggirello Insurance and spoke with Erica Ruggirello Breese. I gave her all the pertinent information she requested and was given a couple o f quotes that same day. In the mean time, I also was getting quotes from the other three companies. I heard back from Erica immediately with a few options. She worked tirelessly to find the right company with better coverage than the previous quotes I had been given. She streamlined the process through email, which for me was perfect, as I'm quite busy and needed this done quickly, but efficiently. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, as well as shopping the right insurance for our needs and making this whole process seamless.
