Edward was a joy to work with. He secured insurance for both of my boats quickly and efficiently with little interaction. He asked the questions, figured my needs and fulfilled them. He returned all calls, emails or messages quickly and got done what he said he would when he said he would, how he said he would. I dealt with Taylon at Breakwater Insurance. He was knowledgeable and easily accessible. Great follow-through. In addition, he actually listened to me and understood my insurance needs. He then matched me with a high quality carrier at a reasonable price. I would certainly deal with Taylon at Breakwater again.
