I have been a customer of Florida Air Conditioning and Heat for about 8 years and have found them to be very knowledgeable, dependable and professional. They are not a high pressure service, and Mark gives you the information needed to make informed choices and decisions. As a single person, I have come to appreciate and feel very comfortable asking questions, and he always takes the time to explain in plain language. He never makes you feel like any question is a dumb question! When he does the maintenance checks, he tells you his recommendations and lets you decide what to do and when, which is important if you are working within a budget.
