BAD EXPERIENCE - December 2022, I called Expert Shutter Services Inc. to repair my Florida shutters. I was not at location when the crew came to fix the shutters as the crew was let in by management to fix. ALL PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF REPAIR. However, I returned in January, 2023 I put the shutters up. When we were leaving in June, 2023 I attempted to put shutters down and the shutters would NOT go down and realized that it was caught in the bin that burst. Then I also realized guard was never installed at the time of repair. Upon calling Expert Shutters to address the repair on their shoddy work, they stated " they couldn't come back for 2 months to address the issue that was never completed in December! I asked to speak with the supervisor, owner ASAP to explain the situation and NO ONE HAS CALLED TO DATE to speak with me about the much needed repair that was NEVER completed! Extremely poor customer service! I would give "0" stars! Cost me more money to fix their incompetence! I was referred to another Shutter Co. and I was extremely grateful and satisfied that it was serviced on the same day that I noticed the horrendous problem created by Expert Shutter Services! Problem was addressed and fixed properly by new company! The New Co. working on the shutters addressed all the Shoddy work. Service: Interior structural repairs

After the two hurricanes last year, I had come to realize that I reached an age where I could not face climbing the ladder to install storm panels anymore. It was time to get accordion shutters. I did a Google search for local companies and then talked to my neighbors who had had them installed, and finally settled on Expert Shutters as a vendor. Their salesman, Cameron, came to call. He explained everything in the process clearly, took preliminary measurements, made a sketch of the scope of the work, and gave me a written estimate. The price was about what I had expected and we made a deal. My only requirement was that the work be completed before the onset of Hurricane Season in June. The installation crew(s) arrived in the middle of May. It was a big job and it took three days to complete, which meant three different crews. Each of them worked diligently and professionally in completing the installation and I was satisfied with their work. And they met my deadline of being complete by the First of June. So I give Expert Shutters and their crews an "Attaboy" on this job:
