        Please before you buy look at a more reputable builder. LGI is a very shady company. After buying our brand new home, I noticed our floors started to buckle within months. I put a request to have it fixed. After waiting for many months, I looked in our portal for repairs and my request was deleted. I submitted another request which was also deleted. Now it has been three years and LGI has made no effort to fix my floors. The buckling has spread and has only gotten worse. My floor is chipping! My neighbor has severe leaking in their roof, after only one year. A couple of other neighbors had mold in their bathrooms because the showers were not installed properly. Also, the yards are not leveled and will hold a massive amount of water when it rains. I love my neighborhood and my neighbors, but I cannot recommend LGI as a builder.
