        I am not a customer of this vendor. I just stopped in to inquire about a missing piece on my hearing aides. Grace, the patient coordinator at the front desk, was so helpful! She even replaced the missing pieces and did not charge me If you are looking for exemplary customer care and service, this is definitely the place to go. A five minute visit made my day

        Im a snowbird from NY who wears hearing aids . Twice I had issues with my aids and both times they could not have been more accommodating and nicer. Took me right away. Fixed the problem with a smile and I could not have been happier. They go the extra mile and they should be recognized and applauded. I was blown away. Thank You!
