Gus is the best! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, and cares about your overall wellness when he works with you. My husband and I have both been impressed with how great we look and feel after just a few sessions with Gus! He is the real deal.

HOSTILE, UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS NICHELLE AND SHINAYA This branch employs two females who are singularly the worst individuals I have ever encountered at a business establishment. I am a long-term member from another state and my LA Fitness manager kindly provides me with a pass so I can utilize the PSLW gym when I am in town visiting my family twice per year. This has been going on for years. This visit, I had been using my pass as usual without incident, until the malevolent Nichelle was at the front desk. She refused my pass, said I was a member and couldn't use it, Nichelle attempted to extort money from me to use the gym. Her equally malevolent co-worker, Shinaya, was called up to the front desk. She called my home LA Fitness and lied, telling them I was not a member and that I was trying to get over and use the PSLW gym. Shinaya too attempted to extort money from me and Shinaya was attempting to brow-beat me into signing up for another kind of membership from them, even though I am a long-time member. They refused to tell me their names and I had to ask six times before they reluctantly gave them ro me. Through this process, both Nichelle and Shinaya use verbiage such as I was trying to "escape from paying" them money, and accusing me of trying to "get over" and that I was wrong doing. My home gym was called numerous times and the managers at that LA Fitness were appalled by the treatment of these two Miscreants Nichelle and Shinaya. They laughed at me, rolled their eyes at me and each other, mocked me, bullied me, Shinaya was using intimidating tactics and staring me down in a hostile, malignant manner. Nichelle threatened me under her breath to her co-workers, and ultimately threatened to have me arrested and yelled loudly to NEVER RETURN TO THAT GYM AGAIN. To be noted, I was on the phone with the managers at my LA Fitness in my home state during most of this exchange with the entities named Nichelle and Shinaya. They were shocked at their illegal, hostile, ageist, unprofessional, unaccommodating conduct. Nichelle and Shinaya are unprofessional, hostile, ageist, arrogant, belligerent, lack social skills, people skills, and grossly incompetent, to say the very least. Recommendation: Patronize another LA Fitness in the area as this location employees Nichelle and Shinaya, shameful, disgraceful detriments to a professional business. Nichelle and Shinaya are sorry excuses of humanity.

I love my home LA Fitness this location is small and it seems everything is on top of each other. The equipment looks dated. It worked being in the area but will not drop in again.
